Although the details of case studies are taken from websites advertising homes for sale, the case study will not be a Home Seller’s analysis – there’s more to a Home Seller’s analysis. However, this will be a Feng Shui analysis for the current year. Please note far more information is available in a report than these case studies as a full consultation is undertaken with you. These case studies are provided for information purposes using the available information.
Note that the Chinese Solar Calendar (NOT the Chinese Lunar Calendar) ends on 3rd February. A new analysis of the home will be required from the 4th February onwards.
When assessing a home, five aspects of Feng Shui are taken into account.
I look at the surrounding area of the premises to see how the environment supports the building.
I analyse your personal trigram based on your date of birth. Applying the results of this analysis to your space helps with furniture placement, colour selection of clothing etc to enhance the support that your environment can give you.
I assess the space itself and analyse the chi energies. All spaces have negative and positive energies. The premise of Feng Shui is to remove the negative energies and bring balance back to the area.
I analyse the areas within your space which relate to different areas of your life, for example, the prosperity area or the romance area. I provide suggestions which can be used to activate the positive energies in these area to enhance the prospects of wealth and romance etc. These suggestions include the colours that can be used for decorating or for adding accents of colours.
There can be other issues within a home that don’t come under the previous headings. These include how to remedy stairs directly facing the front door, or staircases in the centre of the home or front doors aligned with back doors etc.
